Next steps on small landscape study

My work continues! You can see the colors are more intense and laid in with more thickness. It has been a very busy week, so I haven't progressed as quickly as I would like. My next steps, I believe, call for the stream to be brought into the foreground with some reflected light and color from the sky.
I'm trying to step back and let the painting "speak" to me - telling me what it needs as we work. I'm beginning with a loose plan, but working with flexibility. The unexpected turns and shifts are kinda fun!
I hope to have the final form ready to show in a couple days.
