brushstrokes, etc.

Visual Art is a beautiful language using the elements and principles of art. As a painter and art instructor for many years, I also enjoy writing, nature, family and friends. The world of art is fun, challenging, exhausting and renewing all at the same time! Please note, I am no longer using paypal. I'm in the process of removing paypal buttons. About Me

My photo
Helen Read
Illinois, United States
Art is fun! I've always enjoyed making things ... creating ... all things art! I went to Wheaton College (IL) where I received a B.A. in fine art. Then later, after doing a Masters in Teaching at National-Louis University, I began to teach art at the high school level. I currently teach art, am a parent, am an daily painter, and am active in my church. Life manages to stay pretty busy!
