Pear, watercolor study on illustration board
Because time has been very short this month - various things - I find myself attracted to quick water color studies. I plan to go on with this one (as you can see, it is still very preliminary)

I really like the 'movement' that this piece has, the leaves/stem and angle of the pear. Very nice! and only preliminary? Can't wait to see the finished piece. I would like to explore watercolor, I'm not so familiar with it beyond a Prang set from gradeschool.
